Crane is over 600 comments now which is huge for me, annnnnd I've always wanted to try one of these! Plus something easy to do to keep me from getting bored during research is always good.

My characters are the following:

Kyriakos: Crane / Peko Pekoyama, as well as Phi in queue
Afterliving: Peko Pekoyama and Junpei

soooooooooooo how does crane feel about her fellow snakes as a whole?

As a whole, Crane really likes Takshaka! She appreciates that everyone is on the same page when it comes to morality, for the most part (well...in that they're all not willing to kill people over shards, at least), and they've got a pretty decent track record for winning games so she thinks they're pretty capable. Also a good half of the team is as much of a cranky old lady as she is, so she's glad to have some upstanding moral citizens around.

I don't think she'd go so far as to say that she considers any of them friends or trusts them yet, but that's also in part due to the fact that she doesn't really....have mental constructs for what friendship or trust is like, so it's not really a particularly negative reflection on her opinion of Takshaka.

Reverse, I guess?

...I don't know if Crane has enough cr with belt or vetoed or rotten for anything.

SO INSTEAD I WILL ASK HOW CRANE WOULD BE DIFFERENT ON AMALTHEA.

Crane does have an opinion on Belt as a result of her bussing the rest of Takshaka during the zombie train zombie game, but it's just that she thinks Belt's a psychopath who can't be trusted, s-so.

I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT AMALTHEA EXCEPT FOR BELT AND BUSSING so this is pretty much going to be about that. Peko is quite a morally ambiguous character, since while she hates killing she'll...also do it if she feels it's necessary! So I think being on Amalthea would encourage that kind of behavior - that sometimes sacrifices need to be made, even if they're not morally justifiable.

Granted, if she did get things like her "honorable swordswoman" memory back without proper context as she did here, that might be counterbalanced to the point where she'd rebel pretty strongly against the team attacking other people unprovoked! But she'd still be okay with disadvantaging people and bussing anyone who's bussed them before, which I'm not sure Takshaka Crane would be so casual about.

HMM. If you had to move your characters to a different team, which one would you pick for each?

I'd shove Ed on Takshaka because lbr he'd fit right in.

Belt, I'd probably want to put on Epona, because for all her insane she's basically a giant tsundere and Epona is TEAM TSUNDERE ARE GO.

...This one's interesting so HOW BOUT YOU if you were changing teams where would Crane go?

I feel like she could fit on Ometochili in the sense that they seem to be quiet/low self-esteem with all the losing, and that's pretty much her canon opinion of herself. It'd be a very different character arc, at least.

Memory you're most looking forward to giving them?

For Vetoed, definitely the one where he believes in his sister and she stabs him right in the kidney for it. Because it is the most 'Wow I am dumb memory there is.

For Belt.... I dunno. Depending on my mood, it's a toss-up between the one where she realizes 'oh actually I should get along with people' right after she plays a game of cry wolf, or the one where she confessed to Apollo in Decollage because it was hilarious and she'd be soooo confused over it.

Which Echo does Crane like the best, outside of her patron?

I don't think Crane likes any Echo in particular personality-wise, but she does have a soft spot for Duchess Fluffyface because. fluffy kitty.

Ed's favorite is... w-well he's only actually talked to Nyssa outside of the games and they're friends.

'Bad life choices' and 'shonen idiocy' are basically all Ed is good for.

...Peko's worst life choice?

If we're talking canon Peko, probably forcing herself into a false dichotomy in chapter 2. She was convinced that the only options she had were either letting the young master kill Koizumi and be executed or kill Koizumi for the young master and be executed in his place, but option c would have been to....take the bat and just plain prevent any killing.

How about Zaniah, what's the worst decision she's made?

It's a toss-up between 'My childhood hero betrayed me and stabbed me in the heart and dropped a building on me, lets deal with my bad feelings by banging another member of the faculty' and 'The island I was working on blew up and most of my students are probably dead, let's deal with my bad feelings by banging a completely different member of the faculty.'

Her way of dealing with problems by trying to hurt herself is already a bad idea (substituting trauma she can't deal with with pain that she's used to until she can forget about it!!), but for super terrible pain she needs to hurt herself a lot and any kind of intimacy... hurts her... depending on the type... orz
